In February we hosted our third Food Safety Professionals networking event, located in our work-hub of Waikato Innovation Park. The theme for this event was Pest Management and we were fortunate to have the global expertise of Jon Thompson from Rentokil Initial Ltd who has spent years working across diverse industries and applying Pest Risk and Pest Management principles to global organisations.
We were blown away by another great turnout of food safety and quality champions who brought their A-game and shared valuable insights which made for great discussion. And that’s what these sessions are all about.
‘The event provided much needed interaction with Quality and Product Safety people from across the food and dairy industries. It was a pleasure to broaden my own network and reconnect with former colleagues’.

What's the Value of these Events?
The team enjoy these events as we see real value and opportunity in bringing people together to collaborate and share knowledge about similar issues that occur in the food and dairy industries. It was great to have people along from the Honey and Transport industries this time. If you’re considering coming along to one of our events, here’s what one person had to say about the session:
“The event provided much-needed interaction with Quality and Product Safety people from across the food and dairy industries. It was a pleasure to broaden my own network and reconnect with former colleagues. Colin and the team provided an agenda that was interesting, interactive and thought-provoking. Excellent venue and great guest speakers. I will definitely be booking this event into my calendar”.
We are planning on hosting more networking events this year. Stay tuned by joining us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/produco/ as we’d love to have you along.
