With more than 30 years of experience across the food safety, quality, regulatory, and laboratory sectors, Colin Oliver brings a wealth of industry knowledge and practical expertise to Produco. Before founding Produco over a decade ago, he spent 20 years working within the dairy and infant formula industries, helping organisations navigate complex quality and compliance requirements.
As Managing Director, Colin works closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and connect them with the right people, knowledge, and solutions to achieve meaningful results. His expertise extends beyond technical food safety into organisational and change management, working with senior executives, and leading businesses through critical events and high-pressure situations. He is known for his strategic mindset, ability to see the bigger picture, and talent for turning complex quality and food safety requirements into practical, business-focused improvements.
Passionate about helping people succeed, Colin believes food safety and quality should be relatable and relevant at every level of an organisation. His engaging, hands-on approach helps teams understand not just what needs to be done, but why it matters and building strong food safety culture.
