Janina works alongside food and dairy businesses to make quality assurance and regulatory compliance simpler, helping clients confidently navigate complex requirements and achieve successful outcomes.
With expertise in technical internal auditing, MPI Risk Management Programmes (RMPs), new product development, and export market registrations including GACC and SAMR, she supports businesses from product development through to local and international market access.
Known for her practical, solution-focused approach, Janina enjoys breaking down complex regulations into clear, achievable steps. She believes the best results come from working collaboratively with clients and becoming a trusted extension of their team.
At Produco, Janina loves the variety of the work and the opportunity to help New Zealand’s food industry continue to grow while maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards.
Outside of work, Janina is a proud wife and mother to two young children. Balancing family life and a rewarding career has strengthened her passion for helping others succeed, and she brings that same commitment to every client she works with.
