Lisa has been part of the Produco team since its early days and plays a key role in keeping the business connected, organised and moving forward. She manages Produco’s communications, website and social media, while coordinating workshops, networking events and industry engagement across New Zealand. Working closely with the operations team, Lisa also helps ensure projects and internal systems run smoothly behind the scenes.

Before joining Produco, Lisa built a broad range of experience at Fonterra across Quality & Compliance, Learning & Development, Human Resources and Executive Support. This diverse background gives her a unique understanding of both the technical and people-focused sides of the food industry, allowing her to communicate complex information in a clear and meaningful way.

Lisa enjoys transforming technical details into engaging content that resonates with different audiences. She values collaboration and works closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, technical and operations to help tell Produco’s story and share valuable industry knowledge. Staying informed about food safety developments, regulatory updates and industry trends is an important part of her role, ensuring Produco’s communications remain relevant and up to date.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her two daughters, going for early morning runs, catching up with friends and discovering great ethnic food.
